On our way back

Antwerp Travel Blog | Travelogue | Travel Journal

With my best friend I went on a 'do-it-in-one-day' trip to the Belgian Ardenne. It is November, so the weather was cold and rainy. But that didn't stop us.

On our way back

As you can see on the photos of my previous entries, it was grey and rainy all day. On our way to Durbuy it was dry but as soon as we got out of the car, it started raining. It kept raining the whole time we were in Durbuy. As soon as we left for La Roche, it became dry again. Once arrived in La roche, the clouds let go of whatever was left in them and we again had rain. Somewhere in the late afternoon, we got fed up with the rain and decided to go back home, a little earlier than planned.

It was about a mile outside of La Roche when it stopped raining. The closer we got to home, the more beautiful the weather became. Near Antwerp, the sky was still grey but at least it was dry.
