The next day, we spent the morning at the Yogi Lodge guesthouse. A chef was nice, Montu. He's India who was borned in Calcutta but for him, Varanasi is a chance so he moved to stay here. The food he cooked was really nice. So we loved to eat here every meal.
Here we met new friends who became good friend during the trip becasue wherever we went to, always met them by co-incident even we left India, we still met up! What a soul mate we were???! Haha ...
First one is Shapi, from Isael. He's younger than me. He talked more with Ale and same type, speaker, so when they were together, they couldn't find the end of the conversation.
The second one is Gareth, from same country as Shapi. And they just met each other here, now they became good friends and travelled together to Nepal. Gareth travelled with his lover, Guitar, not the name of the girl but the instrument :D Since we spent time together for two nights, have never seen him played the song once. He was with it but he didn't play it haha wondered if he could??? I joked him before. Ahhh, actually he played one song "Wonderwall!, yes i remember!! He's also another good one!! :) But most of the time, they talked to Ale, man-man always have something to talk to .
Lucky that i've found one woman, she's half indian who lives in England. She's same me, just quit her job in the UK to travel for one year and a half. Started in India then go to all around Asia and .. ahh i forgot :D:D Reshma is her name. I don't know why but since we met, i felt like we knew each other for years. She's lovely, friendly and wow! :) Remind me of one of my best friend, Laila (thelailama TB). When i went to Nepal, she, also Shapi and Gareth went there at the same time. We didn't say that we'll meet each other there but we met by soul. Everytime! Really nice!
Now she's back to India again to visit her cousin. Funny that she'll come to Thailand at the time i'll be in England. It's not easy to find a nice friend during the trip but we did.
Ok, in Varanasi we took a tour with the guesthouse service. They said it's perfect place to go on the temple tours which are 1. Shiva Temples in the India University (i love this U., the building is really yellow!!! Haha, nice) 2. Monkey temple but i didn't get inside, they don't allow us to take cameras, mobile phones, shoes, bags for security. Lately they had a bomb! So ... we didn't get inside even they said that the box safe is really safe but ... it's ok. Here has many many monkey inside. It's considered one of the most important temples here. Actually the name is Durga Temple, built on the north indian pattern called Nagara. But lately they called it Monkey temple coz now a lot of monkeys became the inhabitants here. 3. Motherindia museum.
Not impressive for me ... then he took us to the silk village. There where children work! It's the way of life or they were forced to do that??? It's not the nice thing anyway. Even those kids were smile but.. i dunno. They tried to tell us to buy their silk but some of them are like what i can find in Thailand with the more cheaper.
Today we have talked about where to go next because we spent time here for three days now. I asked myself if i Like India???? Two towns we had been were two places where people we met said "It's the last two places that they would come". "India is crazy" , they said. "So ... would be better if you go to North or South to tune your brain, mind and thought in India then when you are more comfortable, go to East.
Many new towns to visit popped up in our thoughts, we talked about how to go. Maybe hire a driver to take us around india for the whole trip??? Take a bus? Take a train? To where ..... ????? Now it's one week in India ... and what about the rest in India? Rajasthan, Jodphur and Jaipur?? If we could go up north to Manali, Jammu, Kashmir??? Sure we could but .
Then we went to check the ticket. Don't know why or what happened to me but when i heard "Nepal", it's like something or someone speeding myself to do everything to get to nepal as soon as i could. I remember last time there, and i loved it, also now I miss it. Nepal is nice so ... maybe it could help me much more. Spent the holiday with unhappiness, why would i, right?? If India was taking my soul away so .
We went to check the ticket to fly to Nepal and bought it. I did what i want, we finished it so quick and I forgot to asked how exactly Ale feel? .. Even though he's ok to buy the ticket but because i said I wanted to leave India now. But after bought the ticket, maybe he realized that he doesn't wanna leave India?? ... Actually me too. So we agreed that we would be in Nepal only one week as the original plan then back again to North India and spend the rest of our trip there. Ale had never been to Nepal before so I hoped he likes it. Hoped that my decision wouldn't make my companion disappointed. Hoped Nepal wouldn't make him thought that i was wrong.
The next day ... packed our bag and flew to Nepal, .... a wonderful Nepal!
.... to be continued
