Weekend in Montreal

Well, I meetup with my Mate Matt at the airport and spent the weekend wandering around the city. Eating is fabulous and I highly recommend the Schwarts Smoked Meat Sandwiches. The Sun is out and the entire city seems to be in bohemian mode. Walked up the Mount Real (which gave Montreal it's name) on the Sunday and found I bunch of Recreationists. We sat and watched about 100 people having mock medieval battles with foam swords and nuncks and werewolves (I kid you not).
Love Montreal. I can really see why Matt loves it here. French is alot more widely spoken then I first realised and not speaking French would seriously limit job opportunities. I it wasn't for that I could definately hole up here for a year, or at least till the winter comes.
