Ica--Huacachina oasis--sandboarding

After we got off the boats we boarded the bus and headed south toward our destination for tonight,Nazca.
Just as we were getting hungery for lunch we came to Ica and Huacachina Oasis. We went to one of the restaurants (do not know the name as I was not keeping a journal at that time) but we had a very nice lunch and for everone who wanted to went on a dunebuggy-ride out into the dunes and did some sandboarding--Both the ride and sandboarding were a lot of fun. One of the girls did fall off the sandboard and really had a black-eye and some bruising the next day but she handled it well. Still went down again after her fall
