It's 3 days left before I go back to Manila.. so why not see more of Germany. The day's agenda is find a hotel in Mannheim, see places, and to shop for gifts for my family and friends to bring home. This is to show I did more than just shopping.. ; Mannheim is the second largest city in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, second to Stuttgart. Mannheim is a mixture of a shopper's paradise, an industrial and a service industry town.

Central Hotel Mannheim

There was a tradeshow near Mannheim so most of the hotels were taken and the previous hotel that we were into is expensive and does not have free internet (geez, 20 euros for 24 hours). The price for the double room in Central Hotel was 101 euros, with free internet and free breakfast. Talking about breakfast, they offered not just the usual German breakfast, but some American breads, eggs (lots) and more stuff that I like. Good value for 101 euros (I think). The staff are also so helpful and they talk to you like a friend, very warm and cozy. The only problem is that in the morning, when most of the guests are taking a shower, the water pressure gets so low that it took me 15 minutes just to wash my hair!
