A visit to Bali is complete with calming comforts, beautiful resorts, delightful dining, and immersion in an ancient culture amid pristine island dreamscape.

I absolutely love this charming place, it is bustling at the town center, happening with restaurants, cafés and nightspot but at the same time, the place, its ambiance and the beach is serene and calming.

Sights & Attractions

·         Kuta Beach

·         Temples / Pura

§         Besakih at Mount Agung

§         Tanah Lot

This picturesque temple is built on a small promontory which is only accessible at low tide and is surrounded by the sea during high tides.

§         Uluwatu

The temple is perched majestically on a steep cliff above the roaring ocean waves.

·         Barong and Balinese dances

Enchanting Balinese dances accompanied by music of the gamelan

·         Terraced rice fields

·         Spa

·         Memorial

The streets in Kuta are lined with small shops and stalls

This traditional market contains a wonderful range of items, be sure to bargain to get the best price!

My purchases are on clothing, slippers and bags with sparkles, jewellery, home decorative items, and arts & craft.

Famous in Bali, the restaurant is a charming 2 storey wooden shop with traditional ambiance,

Nightlife and Entertainment

Awesome place, the band performs on a raised stage on top of the bar, cool!

We slept for most of the nights in Bali as all the sightseeing and shopping tires us out, but did manage to check-out this club, interesting place / ‘ship’, we were greeted by the captain / pirate master at the entrance and served by sailors over popular chart topper songs.
