Return to Poland

The drive to the hotel seemed a lot longer this time but it took less than half an hour.  Anyone going to Budapest should keep in mind that the trip to and from the airport can take as long as an hour depending on traffic.  Getting checked in to our LOT flight was no problem at all, but getting through security took nearly an hour.  We were at terminal 2a and for the first half hour or so there was only one scanner working for the entire terminal.  Anyway, it's important to get to the airport with plenty of time to spare.  There aren't too many shopping or eating options in the terminal.  In our case it wasn't to be a problem because the flight was delayed  nearly three hours!  But.... finally... we made it back to Warsaw.
