Our plush hotel room had a massive sun terrace.

After beautiful Koh Tao, we decided we should really go over to Koh Phangan and experience the biggest beach party in the world seeing as we were in that neck of the woods. We nearly missed it as we thought the party was on the Saturday. It was, the only problem was that we thought it was Friday. Anyway, we did manage to get there in the end and managed to find a room too. A bit overpriced, but hey, there were around 10000-20000 other people there so you sort of had to take what you could get. We got a lovely air conditioned room with a fridge, Sat TV and a massive terrace, so we weren't complaining.

A few people at the dive school had convinced us to come to a party on the Fashion TV boat, which was moored just off the beach. It was supposedly going to be packed full of models and other beautiful people and have a free bar, so that was our first stop of the evening. Unfortunately we had all been misinformed. There was hardly anyone there. Maybe a couple of wannabe models and far too many staff. We made the best of it and took advantage of the free bar before heading into the party on the beach.

The full moon party was very busy and we met some really nice people from Mexico and Wales and danced till the sunrise.

Over the following days we lazed on the beach, went for a trip around the island and ate some nice food.
