Virginia ever so dear,
always in my heart.
Wherever I may go,
may we never part.
 
so rich in history.
The Blue Ridge of Appalachia,
where animals run free.
 
Greeted by a Cardinal,
at every state line.
Home of Smithfield Ham,
Williamsburg's very own wine.
 
Bottlenose Dolphins in the Atlantic,
Bald Eagles soaring high above.
Whoever you may be,
Virginia ya gotta love.
