Where we boldly went...
Ok, so I know that this isn't an actual filming location but
it's as close as I'm ever going to come to being on Star Trek's Deep Space
Nine. My hubby and I went to
It was a bit pricy, but the entire experience is a wonderful one. I've
been a few times before, but every couple of years (or days?) they have a new
'sequence' to the action on the set so you really get a new experience each
time. This time, as we were standing in line to go in (and reading the
history of the Star Trek world which is on the walls) we were accosted by a
Klingon! Luckily we got a picture.
After the 'Experience' we took our friends to 'Quark's Bar' where we proceeded
to get nicely drunk... If you go you MUST order the Warp Core Breach.
I've since gotten a recipe (bootleg I'm sure) for it, and it is 6 kinds of rum,
some punch and a bunch of dry ice. They serve it in this large glass bowl
with several straws in it and everyone shares. Be careful though, while
