As today was to be our last day before returning home we had a very lazy start. I have to say much needed after the busy week we had had. It would have been more lazy had I not had to wash the bed sheets as Ezri's nappy had leaked during the night and covered the bed!! Bless her!
Pete still hadn't done all his school work that he had taken with him so we spent some of the morning marking and levelling the work. I also did some planning for him, aren't I kind.
After the slow and lazy start to the day we were getting hungry, well it was now nearing lunchtime!! So we went for a walk along the Sea front in St Annes and had lunch in The station Café. It was really good - I had a ham, cheese and mushroom toastie, Sam had nuggets and chips while Pete had a double burger - enough to feed an army! and he managed to eat it all with a little help from Sam!
After we had eaten we went on to the pier to have a go on the Arcades. Pete and Sam had a go at the Bowlingo, very similar to bowling, but with smaller balls and the pins are on string! I had a great time trying to win lots of 2p's on one of the machines.
After we left the pier we headed to Blackpool for one last time.
