Me at the theatre before The Lion King starts

Today is busy.  My old rommate knew how badly I wanted to see The Lion King so she bought us tickets to see it at the theatre as an early birthday present for me.  Let me just say that it was phenomenal!!  The costumes, the music, the acting.  It was similar to the movie but some of the songs and acts were different.  I had to buy a program and a costume book as a rememberance.

Later that evening, Heather knowing how much I love the violin, takes me to see The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra which is featuring a world reknown violinist at Cadogan Hall.  We meet some of her work colleagues for dinner at a French restaurant right down the street from the hall.  The meal is wonderful and the wine is good.  We finish dinner and head down to Cadogan Hall so we can get our programs and take our seats before the recital begins.  We are in the front row and the show lasts just a bit over an hour.  It is absolutely wonderful.  I loved every minute.

After that we meet Matt and hit the pubs again.  Fun times!!
