Cuzco is one of the best places to try some authentic, exotic food, the CUY or the Guinea Pig is good for starter. Cooked in a variety of ways, it can be marinated or deep fried or serve with sauce. And if you are an extremist for exotic food, Beijing, China is the best, things that you think are not edible would be serve right in front of you... i tried the deep fried starfish and seahorse, it was not that bad, starfish tasted like crab and seahorse,hmmmn, it tasted like dried fish.... .

looks fresh...

Beijing, China.... there are different kinds of food to try here, from your regular kungpao chicken to the most unimaginable food that you could think of....There is one street over at Beijing that offers all this kind of foods...The smell of the food was not really the best, but the experience was really different. I was tempted to try one, but i kind of backed off on some of the food they offered, i tried the deep fried starfish and the seahorse, but when it comes to something that crawl, forget it! i don't have any medications if ever i get sick..

I could not imagine those scorpions put on a stick while they are crawling on the container and if they have farm for this ... i also found out that the seahorses are an endangered species but it was legal selling it here in china... chinese people believe that seahorses could cure some of their illnesses ...and the centipede, i was not really a daredevil but if probably someone is with me maybe, MAYBE i could try it......
