Today was pretty chilled. Katy and I started off with a massage which was interesting. It definitely got us relaxed for the rest of the day. Didn't have time to shower afterwards thought as check out was 12. We dumped our bags by reception and then had a free day before leaving for Allallabad on the night train.
A group of us went to get some henna done by the lady married to the guy that was our tour guide at the temple and palace. It turned out they were the only couple in the village to marry for love. They has to run away for a week before things would simmer down. After that we had some lunch at the hotel and then went across to another hotel to see the others in the pool. I wished i'd gone swimming now, it was so hot!
Our last activity in the village was a cooking class at a local's house. It was nice to see how someone lived in the area. About 13 of us fit in this small room while we watched our dinner being made by a smiley faced lady that took us though everything. The food was gorgeous. We just about finished our dinner when we had to catch a rickshaw to the station to meet our night train.
