great food and tailoring

We finally left Hoi An after five days and gaining a few pounds. The food here was fantastic and we found an amazing restaurant that we ate at every day. This was the main activity.
We took another cooking class- the highlight was learning to make spring rolls, fresh rice paper and all. They are just amazing and fun to make. This cooking class had lots of assistants who were too keen. I had to practically wrestle one to the ground to get the spoon out of her hand so that I could make my own rice paper. No easy task, these ladies are tough.
We spent one day on a tour looking at the Cham ruins and another day on a beautiful beach. On to Nha Trang.
