Flying from Sweden to Santiago and then on to the Falkland Islands. From there it's boat to South Georgia, Antarctica and Ushuaia. After that I'll take the backpack and do trekking in some national parks in Chile and Argentina.

Sad to leave...

Slept like a log during the night. The 8 of us that had stayed behind here in Ushuaia meet up for beers and dinner. Dinner, well it wasnt a 3 course meal that we all were used with at the ship. It was better, so much better! All you can eat argentinian buffè... Meat, meat and more great meat :) Tottaly stuffed!

Booked flight tickets and are flying to El Calafate tomorrow evening and from there I am heading over to Torres del Paine. Things are taking longer then I have planned so I am going to skip the trip to Fitz Roy.

I have to admint that I am very sad to leave the big group of people, I made some really good friends. It would have been better to go back to Sweden and then leave for a second trip. Luckely we are still 6 people here in Ushuaia so its not as bad as it could be. We are meeting up tomight again for dinner and drinks. Meat?
