Smoked Salmon

I was passing through this town, now on my way to the hostel, when I stopped and read about their local smokehouse.  I stopped in and found the smoked salmon to be so good that I shipped some back home.  (Mom, it should arrive on Thursday.)  They have a DVD which talks about the process they go through as well.  Not a bad quick stop.  I didn't really visit this town otherwise.

Generally this area of Ireland is very small.  It hasn't taken me long to get places and I've found I have a lot more time to do things, probably because of the car.
