The most touristed city in Eastern Europe

I stumbled into Prague yesterday after an eight hour bus ride from Frankfurt, and set off to see some of the sights before they were mobbed by other tourists. Some of the things that I saw before the crush were the Charles Bridge, Old Square with the Astronomical clock and Týn church, and St. Nicholas's Cathedral. After that bit of sightseeing I headed to the hostel, which is located 20 minutes outside of the main part of the city. It's located right on the bank of the Vlatva river, and is called The Boathouse. I dropped my stuff off, and since it was around 90 degrees out, I went for a swim in the river--it was very cold, but refreshing.
I met a couple people since I've been here, like the two teachers from Southern California, Melanie and Sara.
So the beer is great here, and inexpensive, at about $1 a beer, which probably explains why I have a headache this morning. I was out until 5 AM last night, and woke up at 8:30, so I think I'd better get some sleep.
