After dreaming of travel since childhood, my friend and I headed to Ireland for two weeks of fun! We drove ourselves, stayed at B&Bs and hung out with the locals. I don't think it can get any better than this!

Knappogue Castle - Quin, Ireland

We wanted to attend a banquet (touristy, but then again, aren't we?) but it was pretty spendy and we just couldn't seem to summon the energy. However, in Quin we visited this restore castle, Knappogue, prior to the evening banquet.

Hope you enjoyed your visit to Quin or Knappogue! I moved here a year ago, from Limerick, and the surroundings are unbelievable. You might wake up in the morning and there would be cattle grazing in the field next door :). The people are also so welcomming too. They tried their best to ease the relocation process.
