I met today TB members from Manila who went to the province of Ilocos Sur a day ahead of my travel to Laoag. From Vigan City, Ilocos Sur(south of Ilocos Norte), Planisphere(Apo), jennethm(Jenneth), isabetlog(Isabelle) met me this morning at Hotel Tiffany on Segundo St. After lunch at Macy's Diner, we set off to our first itinerary for the day, Batac, Ilocos Norte.....
