Toga night?

On our way to Fraser Island we crossed the Tropic of Capricorn.
Fraser Island is the largest sand island in the world. Here we
stayed in lodges with 18 of us in each, so it was basically a party
house. We arrived late in the evening so it was off to the Dingo
Bar. Apparently it was Toga Night and we missed the memo. I
made friends with a German who barely spoke English. The only
phrases he knew were: "My name is Tobias," "You are beautiful,"
and "Go to my bed? No? No?" No thanks, I'll pass, but it was good
for a laugh.
