Heading for the beach - Mui Ne

After sleeping late we had a mad rush to pack and pay for our room whilst holding up the bus. I had to have a quick breakfast at our first stop of a tasty pastry filled with almonds.

A sweaty five hours later and we arrived in the beach resort of Mui Ne where Annie was waiting for us. Maria moved into the room with her cousin and Gaby & I  booked ourselves into a twin room that cost only US$8 per night. The room was huge with two double beds, a fan, refrigerator, TV and ensuite bathroom.

After dropping off our packs we all walked to a beachfront restaurant where we found Neil & Jess having something to eat. (It is amazing how you just keep bumping into the same people time and again!)

At 4PM the regular downpour began so we sat in a different restaurant eating and drinking whilst watching the street flood.

That night we all met up to have dinner and drinks. The fish and beer is extremely cheap - if only the sun would come out I'd be in heaven!
