Centre Pompidou! an architectural wonder
Maybe this visit to Paris didn’t start as great as the others, but I enjoyed it and felt sad about the idea of leaving this city… Paris will always be Paris and I’ll be back - hopefully sooner than later ;)
Since it would be my last day in the city, I wanted to see as much as possible. I was been checking my map and underlined the things I had to visit before leaving. My train wouldn't leave unti the afternoon. So I had some time. I woke up early, took breakfast and did the check out from the hostel. I left my bag and went out for my last walk around Paris.
One of the places I wanted to visit was the Pompidou Centre.

It’s an architectural wonder, so colorful, with amazing shapes… but it's not only impressive for an architect. I’m not one, but was really impressed by it.
I kept on walking through the streets and thought it was time for shopping, hahaha. Girly thought, hahaha. Well I was in Paris, a fashion capital, and it was perfect time too: Sping Sale! Furthermore, it was winter back at home. So I’d come back with the fashion stuff for next spring in Lima, even better! But neither my budget nor my bag were big enough, so I took it easy. Nevertheless it'd be good saying about a pice of clothing: "oh yes, I got this in Paris" hahaha.
After doing some shopping and walking around the city, I went back to the hostel. I picked up my bag and went to the station. My train left Paris around 2:40pm. I took the Thalys, what a great train. I really loved it. The service was great and they even gave me food, hehe. Everyone looked so well dressed. I felt a bit strage looking as a backpacker, but it was so much fun, hahaha. The ride lasted 1 hour something. Ok, now it was time to go to Belgium. Can't wait what I'd find there...
