On the road to Stirling

Linlithgow Travel Blog | Travelogue | Travel Journal

This is the story of a ten days trip through one of the most beautiful and fascinating land, Scotland, mixture of lakes and water, forest and mountains, lunar sceneries, castles and abbeys and beaches with the whitest and the most shining sand I could ever imaging. UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!

On the road to Stirling

after seeing Roslyn, we stopped in Linlithgow. We had just a look of the Palace. It was a Medieval and Rennaissance castle, now ruined, but enough of it still stands for us to be able to conjure up in the imagination what life in such a vast place must have been like!!

When we arrived, there was a wedding inside. You know, I´m a girl, and I like to see how are weddings around the world!! ;-) so for me, it was exciting to see men dressed in his kilts, and women absolutely marvelous!

After that we went for a walk in the park which went round the palace. We fed the ducks and returned to the car.
