Things to Do in Rio Lagartos:
1. Take a boat ride and see the flamingos and maybe crocodiles
2. Haggle with local boatmen over the price to take you to see the flamingos
3. Eat a whole fried fish with the head and tail still on (if you are Beau) or fried shrimp (if you are me)
4. Sleep
5. Take a bus out of Rio Lagartos
