Costa Brava (Girona, Figueres, and Cadaques)
September 16, 2007
Girona is a little town north of Barcelona, it's the city you fly into if you take RyanAir, and it's definitely worth staying there for a day or so. The town center is really nice, with cobblestone streets and lots of good restaurants. The river is quite pretty too.
Figueres isn't a very nice city, but it is home to the Salvador Dali museum, which is quite nice. And even better is Cadaques, where you can take a tour of the house that Dali lived in for most of his life. The coast up there is beautiful as well!
