Well, this wasn't a well planned trip.  The game was on Saturday, I bought my ticket via Ticketmaster on Tuesday...  hey, I couldn't pass up Section 103, ROW 3, Seat 20.   Then I went about finding my route to the Big Razor since I'd never been there from Rutland (from Burlington, sure).  Well, I opted for the little longer but much easier route.  I took Route 103 from Rutland to Rockingham where I got on I-91, then I got on the Mass Pike, then to 495 and Shazam! I was there.  Parking was fun, but I got a pull through spot which was nice for me.

Got my ticket from the Will-Call window... then PRO-SHOP!!!!  Yeah, I'm horrible.  It's like band merch.  I didn't too that bad... I got a Taylor shirt (I wanted a Pat shirt too, but they didn't have one) and I got Mom a shirt.

Then I just had to wait for the gates to open... and once they did, it was a rush to get inside.  I opted for a drink for the first half, and I got a bottle of water (at Gilette, they take the bottle caps from you) and a Revolution travel mug (it's got my Strike Force of Pat and Taylor, then Matt Reis and Michael Parkhurst) on it.

First off-  NO PAT NOONAN!!!!!!!!!!!!  That was very distressing since I knew my time to see live games were limited.  Also distressing, no Jay Heaps (1st missed Revs game b/c of injury).   But there was Taylor... (so on and so forth).  I tried to take as many pictures as I could, but they didn't come out that well since I have a great castles/cathedrals camera, but not so good for distances.

First half- Cristman got taken down inside the box (soft call though) and the Revs were awarded a PK... that Shalrie Joseph missed.  Then NY got a goal and that's how it ended... 1-0.

Halftime- drink refill and a hotdog.

Second half- Matt punts the ball, Taylor collects and gets the goal!!!!! :)  More action... then Carlos Mendes (a defender for NY) passes the ball back to his 'keeper Jon Conway... who absolutely flubs it and the ball goes into the goal.

And that's how the match ended... 2-1 with the game winning goal being scored by the losing side.

And then it was a wait to get out of the stadium itself, then to get out of the parking lot.  And then it was another 4 hour drive BACK to Vermont.  I didn't get home until about 2:15 am.  To no power since there'd been thunder/lightening for a couple hours previous.  It came back on about 6:30am...
