The Kurdish people in Iraq are some of the most friendly and hospitable people you will ever meet. During my visit, I met and accompanied a group of university students to their classess, was taken in by a local family and even learned a few Kurdish dance steps while on a typical picnic.

From Palmyra to Al Hasake
