Funny Machismo

When I was waiting for a bus, some guy across the street bent down to a driver's window to ask him something. It appeared that they had never met before. For some reason, the guy suddenly yelled at the amused driver and kicked the car as it sped 15 feet away to get in line for the traffic light. In response, the truculent man threw down his bag and paced to the car motioning, 'Come on! Come on!' But by that time there was a green light.

I thought this was pretty funny. An old man next to me was also laughing. He pointed at the guy and said something to me in Italian. Guessing at the meaning, I said, 'Si, Si. E stupido.'
