An early March snowstorm visited the East Coast of the USA on Sunday night. The Washington Metro area received the largest snowfall we'd seen in a few years. Three waves between 8:00 p.m. Sunday and 6:00 a.m. Monday morning visited Springfield, VA, with almost 6 inches (about 15 cm) of snow. Not a large or serious snowfall, but enough to affect the metropoltian region's schedules and schools. I stayed home on Monday to clear the cars and the sidewalks and enjoy the pretty sight. Here are a few photos.

Hehe. I know what you mean. So much late snow this year in Poland. In my hometown- Lodz it has been snowing whole February. But know the winter is gone, so we have this pre-spring weather.
