I absolutely love Madrid. If I could pick anywhere in the world to live, it would be Madrid. (If Sydney weren't so far away, I would pick there). We got up this morning and ate breakfast at the hotel. I love Spanish coffee. Whenever I go to Spain I buy tonnes of it to take home. So after my coffee fix, we took the subway to Puerta del Sol. Madrid is always full of locals and tourists. After walking around del Sol, we walked over to la Plaza Mayor and down to the Royal Palace. Then it was off to Gran Via to shop a bit. After that we went to El Parque Retiro and had lunch. I was pretty tired and my feet were hurting a lot, so we went back to the hotel and rested. The DJ let me sit in on the interview and even asked me questions (in Spanish). After that we went to this great Italian Restaurant for dinner. We got back to the hotel around 1 or so. I need to be at Barajas at 5am which is in like 4 hours so there won't be much sleeping for me once again!
