The Mile High City

Driving up to Denver you would never know it was so high as it seemed flat all the way there, but it is over a mile up.
Dropped the car off in the middle of Denver Suburbs and spent ages walking around non pedestrian friendly Denver eventually getting on the bus to and Light Railway to 16th Street Mall to do some shopping.
Went for a few drinks in a Jazz bar where we got chatting to a bar man and a pretty drunk woman who loved us and spilled her life story to us and then showed us her panties she had just bought.
Ended up in a bit of a dodgy hostel which we had booking issues with but it is dirt cheap. Not much to do in Denver. Looking forward to catching our plane to San Francisco tomorrow though
