Michael Palin Time

Headed back to Wellington for the second time. Had to go across on that really long boring ferry that takes forever as it has to go very slowly through Mussel farming area, had a little nap on the boat. Arrived at wellington for the second time and my cold had got worse and Alex was also ill. This made for a fun time and some mild hatred was felt. Watched a few episodes of CSI and went to bed early to catch up on some sleep.
Next morning woke up feeling horrible again so took it easy. Went to the national museum of New Zealand called Te Papa, it was free to get in, it was ok, nothing special. Inside the museum was Michael Palin giving a talk at a luncheon about his new book. I snuck up to a higher floor where you could watch for free. It was quite cool. There was also the prime minister of new zealand floating about in wellington talking about recycling.
That evening met up with Gavin from previous blog entries who I had spent 6 long days in the rain on Aitutaki with. He was working out in Wellington and it was good to see a friendly face. Further to this Adam who had been on my bus in the north island first time round turned up, which was good as I disliked most people on the bus.
