I flew into LA, with QANTAS, made my way to the hire car company, and drove straight to my friends Sharon’s in San Juan Capistrano. It is always fun trying to find your way around a new city, even though I had been to LA a couple of years before, this was the first time I had been here on my own. I had to get use to driving on the ‘wrong’ side of the road again, find my way out of the airport and onto the correct freeway to take me south of LA to San Juan Capistrano. I made great time and didn’t get lost once.
