Mimi's is part of a new development in Lakeland, just north of
the Polk Parkway. The food was wonderful - I had the blackened sole and
it was incredibly taste. My friend also enjoyed the tuna melt. Their
baked potato didn't quite seem as good as I'd hoped - I'm not sure if
it was quite done enough. The service was friendly and my glass of
sweet tea stayed full, so I have no complaints there. I recommend it if
you're in the area and you're looking for Cajun favored American
cooking.
