the street where our hotel was on, pretty cool
paris is beautiful city. i arrived there with my group by train from london. it was a really quick trip, only 2 hours. we walked to the hotel from the metro station. the hotel was on a small 12' wide street and was pretty awesome. the guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful. the room i stayed in was on the 6th floor and had a great window view overlooking all of the buildings in our part of paris, which is the oldest. we were only a quick 20 min walk to the center of Bastille where all the kings and queens used to live. the hotel was nice, we had a triple room with our own bathroom. they served a delicious breakfast down stairs in the morning which was a great way to start our days in paris.
arc de triumph at night :)
so we bought a tour bus pass and went on the tour bus which was nice, but just had a recorded message telling us about all the sights around the city. we made our stops at notre dame, the lourve, the effil tower, acr de triumph and all the other great sights u see in paris. we made a day trip to the gardens of versille. the gardens were massive and just plain ridiculous. there is so much are just filled with gardens that its almost impossible to walk it all. all and all paris was great. the food was pretty good for staying on a cheap budget. the crepes along the sidewalks being served were amazing. the french are rude, but most are pretty nice and helpful. we got to see some other exciting stuff along the way and hopefully you enjoy my pictures. : )
