Day 4

This days start off on the wrong.. bus. The hotel shuttle goes to the airport. However, when we got on the shuttle it went in the wrong direction. Come to find out, there was shopping bus on the weekend. We bascially wasted an hour of our day being on the wrong bus!

As our last day, it was hard to know what to do.  We decided for sure to see the Sears Tower, and Navy Pier, but otherwise, to just relax, explore and enjoy our day.

Once we finally got downtown, we went to the Sears Tower. When we were leaving the Sears building, it was pouring! We tried to wait it out, but it kept coming down. We braved the rain and headed to Navy Pier. It was fun, but I imagine it would have been better if it wasn't raining. Though, it gave us time to do gift and souvenir shopping!

We enjoyed walking around the Tribune Tower and seeing the various pieces of other historical places. Unfortunately construction blocked off some of it.

While walking around and enjoying the night views, we came upon the John Hancock building! It was amazing. Still being open, we decided to go on up! It did not disappoint! The view at night was unbeatable! Plus, Navy Pier has fireworks during the summer on Saturday nights... PERFECT! Seeing the firworks from above was the perfect way to top off our vacation!

There is so much more to see in Chicago, and now, i can't wait to go back!
