Girls' Trip to Cabo!
On the next day we decided to lounge on the canopy beds next to the pool instead. After hours of sunbathing, we took a banana boat ride (quite fast and fun (despite me getting bruised)) and then lunched at the Office (a casual restaurant right on the sand). It was within walking distance from our resort and is really a must-see in Cabo - fun place, loud music, food again was good (I had lobster tacos and LOTS of chips and salsa). In the afternoon, some of the girls went parasailing (i'm a wimp who is afraid of heights so I napped next to the pool) - then we joined someone's bachelor party and met some nice people in the pool bar (in the center of the pool).
Dinner was at Nick San - where we saw Eddie Murphy's ex-wife with a retired football player (sorry guys, i don't know his name). Then we saw Lance Armstrong! (can't really say i'm a fan since he allegedly dumped Sheryl Crow, but hey, it's still a celebrity sighting) He was gracious enough to take pictures with some of my friends (after we conned a drunk guy to ask him). :) After dinner (which was quite good - similar to the trendy asian fushiony sushi places we have in LA, like Sushi Roku, etc.) we headed to Nowhere Bar - a tiny bar that played a mix of really great music. The dance floor is teeny but it was still fun. Afterwards, more dancing at El Squid Roe.
