The Summary

A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Dubrovnik is one of the best preserved and most scenic of the ancient cities situated along the Dalmatian Coast. For quite a long while it was known as the Republic of Ragusa and you often hear that name even today. Still completely encompassed by its intact city walls, all the historic charm that lies within them as well as the sweeping panoramic view of the Adriatic from them make this city an unforgettable destination.
