Ok, so I wasn't really going to write a blog about this because I've done like 7 trips to NYC in the past 15 months and 2 of them are written about on here. But driving to NYC this time was like driving through latin america because of how low the clouds were because of the rain and the heat...it was beautiful!!! I've never seen anything like it here! I was astounded! I started out my drive in the pouring down rain... you know the rain that people drive like 25 miles per hour on the road and you want to say hey... you... go get some driving lessons and grow a sack! But regardless I braved the roads with all the scared drivers and drove as fast as I could in as safe as a manner as I could to get ahead of the storm since it started a little bit before I left... and guess what, I was successful!
Once the storm started to clear my jaw dropped... there infront of me was a landscape I have never seen in Pennsylvania before! I saw the fog clearing from the mountains... well, don't get me wrong, I have seen fog but since I live in Pittsburgh I've just seen it clear from a hill, not a mountain! And this clearing reminded me of the early morning in central america in the Sierra Madres! Except it wasn't early it was around noon. I tried taking pictures with my camera phone while driving... but as it was leading to an unsafe trip the photo's were also not turning out so hot... I got one in focus picture out of 7 that I tried to take... so that is it in the blog... my crappy photo of the most beautiful scene I have ever witnessed in Pennsylvania... too bad it doesn't really depict what I saw at the time due to the lack of image quality while driving! But enjoy anyways!
