Back to Wellington, & meeting my Aunt again

I had dreaded the ferry back to Wellington after our last 5 hour ordeal but fortunately today the weather held and we enjoyed a quiet crossing. I was to be meeting my Aunt again for the first time in 15 years, and when I fell asleep on the calm ferry dreamed I had met her already, and woke up the reality that I had yet to be entertaining and engaging....
I was sure I would recognise her, but I had passed the lady waiting on the gangway as we both looked a first, second, and third time before we realised for sure we were looking for each other! We jumped in the car and set off on a tour of the city, seeing some of the sights I had seen before and then going up to the look out where I could see the layout of Wellington and pick out both Belinda's house, and my friend's.
Back at her house we had a lovely dinner together; food is one of her favourite things. After which we sat and chatted, and then she showed me her expansive and eccentric wardrobe. The ability to make her own clothes and also having a penchant for costume parties means she had some pretty awesome stuff for someone in their late 50s!
