Happy Ecuadorian Thanksgiving!

By coincidence, I had a chicken with stuffing Thanksgiving meal last Friday at the apartment of a nice Canadian couple, Jim and Vivian. Paul and another teaching volunteer, Andrea, came along. Other than the great conversation and company, the best part was that there was NO RICE.
