screwing around reykavik

Reykavik is an ok city. The only time we really spent there was heading to ICeland, and leaving iceland. A few activities we did:
The Free Walking Tour of Reykavik, you need to book these ahead of time, and they work for tips. The one I did lasted for 90 minutes and was pretty hillarious, I would do one again if I came back to Iceland. Great activity since downtown Reykavik is pretty small, and most of the buildings look the same to me (and this city is under construction). All the viking jokes were hillarious.
Climbing to the top of the church: Great views, but a lot of very grumpy people coming off of red eye flights. There were also a lot of people trying to cut in line :(
Shopping: Prices were fairly variable, I was actually pretty surpsrised how much they changed throughout Reykavik.
The Weather: Was good, except for a flash sleat storm, the ice was hitting hard enough I was worried about bruising my pretty face.
Concert Hall: Cool newish building and you can wander in it. I would love to see a show here nexttime I'm in town.
Hookers: Ask your friendly bar tender.
Getting Drunk: Do this! It was tough to find a beer under $14 except for happy hours, and my hotel had free booze :)
Graffiti: There is some cool wall art around Reykavik, no doubt some hipster entrapanuer will put together a graffiti tour and take in the kronars.... if you get that idea from me I'll take a 10 % cut. your welcome
