Pick Up from the border to Vientiane

25/10/2007. After get in this country, through Tahaind border, a driver approched me to take me to a Pick Up. Then, I moved to Vientiane along with a group of tourists from Thailand. I can not remember very well, but have idea the trip to the capital lasted about 1h 30 minutes. My priority in the city was to rent a bike to move around and to visit the Golden Stupa,  Pha That Luang in the afternoon. I was lucky enough to find the city by night exceptionally animated due to the festival which represents the end of the rainy season. The night market, along the Mekong, with many food vendors, was the place to assist at the performances and to admire the boats decorated along the river. Due to this, I think, Ban Anou night market was not very animated.

26/10/2007. Before going to the North Bus Station to take the bus to Luang Prabang, I had time a short time to visit the city in the early morning. I moved to the bus station by tuktuk.
