What an interesting way of seeing Europe. 9 days with a tour group and 3 days relaxing in scotland. I not only saw the new movie in Oxford and Edinburgh, I came home with the 7th and final book before my journey home.

A bus tour of the Windsor

We wake up to the sound of the rain hitting the window. We had a little time free time prior to boarding our bus. We had a great bus driver. Since we had some time to kill her took some detours. He took us into the city of Windsor. It was still drizzling. He drove us around the castle and along the River Thames. We made a quick stop in Eton. Our driver took is around to the front of the castle where the Long Walk is. It is this mile long path that the queen takes to enter the castle. It was so different for last year when we visited Windor when it was 90+ degress and we were VERY Jetlagged. Windsor is on my list to visit next time I go to England. Now off to London
