Beijing

One more time work brought me to Beijing. After a 10-hour-flight I arrived in the city where the Olympic Games 2008 will take place. Whilst walking around throughout the town I thought 'Is this city ready for these games?' By using the word chaotic I think it pretty much describes what's going on there at the moment. Road work and maintance all over the place, building constructions, overflown busses, millions of bikes...absolutely crazy. To organise all that by the middle of the year seems impossible. Good luck!
Beijing also has its good sides. It's good for shopping, food, and drinking. Nice pubs, bars, and restaurant burnished my opinion :)
