Last day of the course today, and had a fantastic time.  Went to a little inlet off Gaya Island and dived a tyre reef while learning some new skills and practising the old ones.  Saw an incredible big blue starfish and lots of other interesting marine life.  After lunch we headed back around Sapi Island for some deeper water (went to 18 metres) and did a 40 minute dive around the natural reef - were even lucky enough to see a hawksbill turtle glide by.  This was very apt, as a young couple and their children we met on Selingan Island were on Sapi today, crossing our paths again.  Melissa is now a qualified open water diver, so will have to try and dive whenever the opportunity arises.
Noel wasn't feeling that well this morning, so took it easy and slept in.  Spent the afternoon wandering around the harbour area and watching a movie on TV.  When Melissa walked home past the cafe/pub, the young money man waved and advised that although Noel wasn't there, he hoped to see him later so he must like us (thank goodness!).  Didn't get down there tonight, but will probably pop in tomorrow!
