Most of the time spent in Big Bear is spent indoors. Yes, there are snow sports, but it's cold out there and sometimes it's better to hole up in the cabin with Mario Kart instead.

Trip #1

The first time I went to Big Bear, I traveled with my dormmates. We all stayed together in a mega-cabin somewhere in the mountains. I didn't ski then and I don't ski now, so you'll notice all of these pictures were taken indoors. The saving grace of the trip was the group of people I was with. We played a lot of board games and ate a lot of food, basically. Sure, you could do that at home, but would you? It seems to me like most people don't bother to hang out together unless they're somewhere far away.

In any event, Big Bear is not the outdoor adverture site for me that it seems to be for other people. Like I said earlier, I don't think you'll see any pictures here that weren't taken indoors.
