I leave the castle on the rock...
August 7, 2007
Tuesday, August 7th. I'll lock the doors and head on out of Talking Rock. The castle still stands, a little cleaner then when I found it, but still needing some TLC..... and with that I will leave behind 'Red Dash'. My trusty old red Ford 150 that got me safely down here from Alaska, with the exception of the flat tire at 5am when I needed to catch the ferry in the rain (but hey, it was just a work truck that stepped up to the task).
Next stop, Nashville where I use to winter the past few years learning some guitar and writing some country songs. And if you play them backwards, you really do get your dog, house, truck, girlfriend, and wife back.....
