Gradac is a town and also a summer resort nearest to the ferryport Ploce. It is the last place in the Makarska riviera, as from Ploce starts the Dubrovnik- Neretva County.

Gradac has a very long beach with parts for everybody's taste from the north for nudists, on the inhabited part of the town, wild and without any trees. Next is the area around hotels the new Labineca to the old Laguna with a very beautiful beach.  Over a hill with a church on its top there is a part of the old place with a little port for fishermen boats and a town with a supermarket, bars, small shops, etc. all along a narrow beach. There are three roads: one all along the beach, another above it crossing the town and streching paralel with the highway. Next part is connected with Vodice where were also several hotels( now ruins) abandoned from the war time.

I would definitely be happy to do more exploring of the towns on the Makarska Riviera! Beautiful scenery!
